For all those who care, especially those who sent messages filled with encouraging and kind words(yes I read EVERY SINGLE one and do my best to respond),,, Wolves Of War is still very much alive, The concept has evolved so much though that it make need a new name,,, "Path Of Nod" or "Path Of Thorns" (I copyrighted BOTH just in case and already have logos similar to W.O.W.s but "thornier" yet more "legible" and less "metal" for lack of better terms) would be more fitting as the "war" concept is now more philosophical than literal(it actually ALWAYS was. Regardless MUCH more music is on the way but as a single composure writing everything myself(and playing/performing ALL instruments and vocals), well... it is EXTREMELY time consuming and as a perfectionist, it makes matters worse. I hope those who truly both enjoy and understand my music will also understand my need for maintaining a certain "quality" and in that ideal, I would rather put out a few great songs occasionally that to put out a bunch of good(by my personal standards, good but a bit mediocre as I KNOW I can do far better) yet by others' standards perhaps "great". All I can promise is that more, MUCH MORE material is on the way and regardless of name, etc. it will both uphold the concept(which is much more than Currents 218 & 182 but beyond 2nd death and ascension whist still flesh-bound and much MUCH MORE which is difficult to explain,,,, which I shouldn't even be trying to explain and the concept(s) speak through not just the lyrics but also the music itself).. I promise MORE and I promise to uphold my strict standards as I believe in "Quality above Quantity". Again, thank you all for your support, your patience and all the kind words. Even my rather excessive words could not express how much I appreciate my fans(who I consider much MORE than "fans" like most bands, but given the concept(s) of my music, I consider you sincere fans "Fellow Travelers", many who follow the "currents" I mentioned and many who transverse a "Thorny Path" of their own). I hope for a full line up in the not to distant future to SHARE and CONTRIBUTE to ALL of the creative aspects and the EXTREMELY time-consuming composing, recording, and producing aspects. Thank you all.... Stay tuned... I always keep my promises and I promise more great music to come... and even MORE progressive and experimental with far less "genre constrains"(i,e, keeping the "feel" of the early 2nd generation music I pioneered(in the USA whilst it was "ahead" in north-western Europe) with my project "Vitam Eternam" BUT moving even further away from my prog. metal roots and delving deeper into the avant-garde and truly experimental... mixing my signature neo-North-Western-folk/classical melodies/harmonies with even more dissonance and chaos,,, As best as mere words can purvey such aural concept.... But I ALWAYS eventually keep my promises and I promise more music that "bests" anything I've ever written/recorded including the Wolves Of War material that so many of you have graciously expressed your admiration of it to me, I truly and most humbly thank you all. ~Krigulv (a.k.a.
