Mixed Feelings
Of course the intro is mellow and smooth and then comes in a more grimy hardcore type verse with energy (which I like) but I'm having mixed feelings because I think the song needs a beat that is a little more progressive..Maybe the arrangement can build up in the first four to eight bars then slam it and let the beat drop with the vocals... I think the element of expectation goes a long way with music because when it is done right you can go along with the feeling and hear it over and over again. Just my thoughts but I like the energy in the lyrics!
