For the past week or so, I have been writing the lyrics to my new track named, Switch Up. Originally, it was going to be 7 minutes long, but it turns out friends don't always stay friends. About 5 days ago, I took in a high school friend, cause he said he was homeless. I was even tutoring him on his rap skills, and was going to let him jump on this track. Yet this idiot, instead, thought he could steal my dead Mother in Laws, tablet and phone, he was going to sell them. I caught him in the act. Let me also inform you, my wife's mother hasn't even been dead for a month and a half. Anyway, he is lucky. My wife and I caught him in the act. He said he was going to donate plasma to get money for his I.D. Ok, that's cool, but the few days he was with us, staying in my mother in laws room, he had been going through all her shit, saying he was cleaning. Well when he left was when we checked the room, and found the tablet and phone missing. I called him up, confronted him, and he of course made up excuses. When I showed up to the fast food joint he was at, by the plasma donation place, he had the items in a boonie hat, folded over, and just slid me the hat across the table. This fucker must really think my wife and I are dumb, but this is the type of person I am, since I didn't want him starving, I tossed him 2 fives as I walked out with the phone and tablet. Sad thing is, this guy was one of my 2 best friends in high school, but the ignorant trap life already rotted his empathy. He's blocked now, and I wished him luck. Anyway, that's why the song is so short, because I just ended the track where he was supposed to come in, but it worked out, because the whole track is just a few different beats I put together, from other artists I like. It worked out. Anyway, my message here really, is just to always keep your guard up, at least in a way, because sometimes the ones who seem the closest, are really the ones who are out to trap you.
