United States, New York, New York City, 955 West end Avenue at 107th Street, 10025Planning a double bill July 24 from 6-8PM at the West End with Fabulous Irish Singer-Songwriter Gordon Anthony Patrick Barry. You have to check him out for the four first names alone! (And you will not be disappointed by his fabulous songwriting.) We met at 2014 Steve Earle Camp Copperhead and we'll both be going back there this year - this show will be the day we come back to NYC after hanging with ol' Steve and 100 other songwriters.
Also, for fans who have been following my music projects since the '90s, this gig will be the first time in many years that my good friend Bridges (of Afroblue fame) and I will be jamming together onstage! We are both really looking forward to that reunion! We will also be joined by Michael Lee Breaux (Sax), Andy Goodman (Gtr), Randy Weinstein (Harmonica) and Robert Weiss (Dr).
This will be the first of Whelan's double-bill series at this venue. I am working on some others for the Fall, so stay tuned!

Gordon and Sid met at Steve Earle’s 2014 Camp Copperhead and will both be going again this year. They will be returning from Copperhead on July 24 straight to the West End to perform.
