WEZDUM FYAH BIOGRAPHY

Jamaican based Reggae Artist /performer Wezdum Fyah is best known for his fiury energetic live performances, with sweet melodies and big choruses . his music draws influence from artists like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, Burning Spear, Garnet Silk, Buju Banton, and Sizzla Kalonji. Wezdum's hard work and collaboration with the step by step band as propelled him to perform alongside some great artists and musicians such as Warrior King, Jah Mason, Lutan Fyah, Turbulance, and the Uprising Roots Band.

His most recent singles "Life Journey" on the black pearl riddim produced by Demmo Dan LD production and "Too much bills" on DI Reminisce riddim produced by Lioncubb production is now released early January 2021 and is already receiving support from fans and fellow musicians.

In a world driven by over sexualized schemes, diseases, drugs, racisms and injustice Wezdum as always been a role model for youths, always singing about the need for education, self reliance, upliftment and self love every time he put foot on a stage.
Conscious, fiery, energetic roots rocking reggae performer wezdum is inspired by reggae music and Rastafarian principles is what motivates him to become a performer and musician.

He began his musical career in early 2000 professionally, after years of practicing on numerous sound systems, and educating himself about the music industry he was then introduced to the Step by Step band where he made a name for himself as a performing artist.

He did his first single " never get I down " in 2000 Produced by Haile life with love production based in Canada. touring around the island of Jamaica with the band and performing with other established artists and musicians helped to carved and molded Wezdum into a brilliant and passionate performer

He is featured on several platforms namely ; Bess FM Jamaican Radio live on the step by step band birthday bash at bonito heights, Manchester in 2015.
The ministry of youth and culture road show #iamconnected with minister Lisa Hanna at the alligator pond square, St Elizabeth in 2016.
The black history month celebration hosted by the Manchester parish library. in 2017.
The Unity Splash concert at central Village, Spanish Town in 2017.
The Health and awareness festival (eat to live and not to die) at the Cecile Charlton park Mandeville in 2018.
The roots FM Jamaica radio Rootsology segment with Denise Isis Miller in 2020 and the One love music festival in New Jersey on August 29, 2020.

Wezdum is now making waves, networking, promoting the Wezdum Fyah brand and also getting ready to release his newest single "Too much bills" on Di reminisce riddim produced by the Lioncubb Production.
The Artist will be releasing the music video for his anthem song " Too Much Bills" in January 2021. The music video is a tribute to his fans and the World on their personal struggles on life's journey.
In a joint effort and partnership with the 48 hours record label base in New York they are working harder to release the long awaiting 'life Journey Ep' soon to be release. Wezdum continues to appear on concerts and live gigs across the globe and seeks to empower and uplift.
