Hi everyone how you have been doing in this 2018?! Positive vibes is what I wish to all of you!! I’ve just moved back to Portugal, again to this wonderful city of Lisbon! You need to come and visit! You know Madona, Mayra Andrade and others just moved here to!! I’ve just finished to upload another song "Pa undi bu bay". Basically tells about someone special who just went away, without saying anything about it before live. Asap, I will post the lyrics in original krioulo and in english. Thank you all of you who keep me motivated! I will carry on writing and creating more songs! I've been out facing others challenges, but music was always here helping me in "all of me" towards "all of you"! Mean while I keep working, exercising, drinking water and eating balanced food! Surrounding myself with positive people, I mean those who push me towards better place, better people, better nature, better world!

About Quintino Fortes
Hi I’m Tino, I was born in Portugal, but my parents are from Cape Verde (Cabo Verde). So I´m portuguese with capeverdian (african) background. In 2015 I moved from Lisbon to London, where since than, I´ve been living. My approach to music started on my teenager age (+-15 years old) learning guitar influenced by friends. But at this time was just one way to have fun and spend nice time with my friends. After a while became more serious when I join a youth groups related with church in the community where I used to live. so the first songs I started to play was religious songs: By the time as well, I started a new path searching for my cultural origins and this kind of natural process drove me to Cabo Verde. So for me is natural to write songs in crioulo from Cape Verdi than in other language. Anyway music is about feelings, about emotions and watever meanings you want to give or share ( I mean in a good way). Thats why I´m here sharing with you guys my music! This is a journey I want to do and I think that cant take me somewhere... By the way, thank you all of you who have been listening my songs even when is not in your language, that means a lot! Cheers
