Three Up writes songs that don’t fit into any convenient cubbyhole. Therefore we’re calling what we do, “Christgressive Worship Music.”

What is Three UP? Well, years ago I was playing with some jazz guys and I asked, "What key are we in?" They replied three up. Way over my head, and they knew it. "Three up, three sharps, key of A!" I thought that was pretty cool sounding and used it whenever I could. But, about eleven years ago, I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Four years ago, I moved from California to Arizona, but I remained in a band of lifetime friends back in Los Angeles. I spent many hours driving through the desert, and began a conversation with The Holy Spirit. One of the many things He said was, "You know, Three Up is a lot more than just a key signature." Yes it is, and it became the name of my ministry. May God bless you all!
