Spring here in Fort Worth TX has been a little chillier than normal but that's plenty fine as the summers here can be brutal so old man winter is welcome to stay a while or sat a spell as we say in the U.S. South. I [Jon Charles Fortman] had a blast a little while ago recording/playing bass guitar here in our little home studio! Holy cow! Not my norm modus operandi at all! Who knew recording bass is such a blast though. It's for a new tune of mine for the group called "In The Blue White Crystal Giant Forest" for a future album and its title was inspired by Kurt Vonnegut's novel "The Sirens of Titan" from Chapter 8 where he describes [a fictional] version of planet Mercury.
