Bennie has been playing and performing music for 30 years...or so. After a brief stint playing covers he starting writing his own songs. Moving to Brisbane his first band was auditioning and joining Brisbane Ska band 'Never The Sane' in the mid '90's playing guitar and helped to produce their debut CD 'Obsessions'. When NTS folded he co-founded punk band the Suckie Pops a very brief but awesome band. In 1998 he studied contemporary music in Lismore N.S.W. for two years. Then moving to Tamborine Mountain he started CUD. He also ran a community choir the 'Evolution Choir' for a number of years.
