Simply "Peaceful"

Many times in life we are bombarded with the anxieties of life that bring us down. There are the anxieties from, work, school, home, health, financial, not to mention this ongoing pandemic that has plagued many of us. With so much going on, what can we do to escape the sobering realities that are so draining. What do you do? If you are like me you read the Bible & Pray daily. I have found this to be the most fulfilling relief of all of the problems. But coming in at a distant second is sitting down, dimming the lights and taking a deep breath and relaxing while listening to certain sounds. What really enables the deepest satisfaction and most comforting removal from those distractions is putting on a nice background song that is designed to cause peaceful thoughts and mental clarity. Why don't you try this when you get a chance. Turn down the lights, sit down in a comfortable chair and try this experiment. It will only take a couple of minutes... First, sit down with minimal distractions, do a few deep breaths, and then play the song "Peaceful". (It is best accomplished with a pair of headphones if you have them, if not a nice sound system turned to low to medium will suffice)... If you don't feel the stress diminish slightly, that means you need to repeat the exercise and do it just a few minutes longer. Some have experienced total stress relief during the experiment.
