Insurrection review

Right out of the gate, this song rocks! It takes the listener on several levels of a constant driving force that is demonstrated with the soaring guitar solos and intense drums. From start to finish, the song keeps you anticipating the next section to see where you go with this number. The production is done well and seems to be on top of the mix so that the listener can hear what you want to get across in this dynamic composition. Keep writing and playing for all of us!

Well Done Rock Instrumental

This instrumental rock song is a must-listen for any fan of the genre. The song is well-recorded and the instrumentation is top-notch. The drums are particularly impressive, with some great fills and solos that really drive the song forward. The guitar is also great, with plenty of crunchy riffs and solos. The song is divided into parts, with a particularly interesting part two that gives the song some extra tension. The drums and guitar work together to create a really dynamic and exciting section of the song. Overall, this is an excellent instrumental rock song that is sure to please fans of the genre. The song is well-recorded, and well-performed. I would recommend checking it out.

Excellent Atmospheric Instrumental

Really enjoyed the feel generated by this song. Guitar work draws you in and then the acoustic combination incorporated in the middle keeps it fresh throughout. There's a lot going on but the song doesn't feel crowded. Not excessively repetitious even though the song pulls in at well over 5 minutes. Nice work,

What a Ryde!

I'm a big fan of instrumental music, maybe because I'm a terrible song writer and the other half of the duo writes all the lyrics and I write most of the melodies. Great job on this song. I will try not to steal it ;)

Vibes!!

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Lots of Energy!

I love this from the start. It starts with a blast of energy and begins to take you on journey of melody and styles. I like when it mixes things up and comes in with a Spainish acoustic guitar theme and then back to some very nice electric guitar work. The harmonies are a nice touch. If you are going for a rock vibe you got it. It could have a little more variance in feels like half time, double time, rhythmic changes but I think it gets the job done for high energy with some great musicianship. Great job!

Rise Up

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song a wicked introduction to a mad guitarist is a great attention grabber. I'm wondering what the addition of a strong rock vocal would add to the performance. Solid, but long for an instrumental. The production is well done and makes listening an enjoyable experience for the ears.

Insurrection by Shepard's Ryde

Upon your very first listen to the fabulous "Insurrection" by Shepard's Ryde, you cannot help but be deeply impressed by the musicianship, songwriting and production. While the musical inspirations of Shepard's Ryde are very evident, the band still establishes themselves as artists with a very original sound that is all their own. Highly recommended, and I am looking forward to hearing more from the band in the future!

Beautiful Flow

I am not an instrumental guy. But damn, This could be Dream Theatre for all I know. Great production, great mixing, great flow. The guitars are clean. The bass is present and clear. The drums are crisp and punchy and not overbearing but you can still feel them. You are masters of your devices! You do not need any advice from me. Great job and good luck to the future!

High energy instrumental Rock that'll knock your socks off!

This is a great Rock instrumental in every way! As the title says, it's high energy and it has a really driving kind of feel, almost like a freight train always driving and moving forward. What is really creative is the acoustic guitar solos in the middle of the song. Those break up the heaviness just enough, and then, back into overdrive! The guitar playing is top notch, both the electric and the acoustic. The sound quality and mix are excellent, but the acoustic guitars solos are mixed just a bit too loud, but that is a "taste" thing among musicians and producers. The song maintains you interest throughout. "Insurrection" by Shepard's Ride could easily be heard as a primary movie intro song - it's THAT GOOD! Kudos are well deserved for this N1M worthy contribution. Best of luck to you. T. M.

"Insurrection" instrumental review

A cool opening guitar riff followed by exciting melody on the guitar, as the song is balancing between instrumental rock and metal. Personally, I am not fan of metal, but I do like this tune, first of all because of the lydian mode in the lead melody. Also the clean guitar part is very nice. I must admit that drums are cool too. The guitar part solo part is influenced by Joe Satriani, guitarist I respect. Good luck with the music in the future!

good stuff

really good great sections transitions change smooth wish it had live drums(since I play Drums) pick up their instruments, they like to face inward, standing in a circle. That is how they rehearse, and how they have recorded all of their albums: eye to eye and practically elbow to elbow. Even when they perform, they face each other as much as possible. Much has been said of Shepard's Ryde as a family, an organism, a self-sustaining ecosystem.

5 out of 5

This track has progression atmosphere. The drum track is solid and the leads from the guitars is on a whole other level. It hit me by surprise in the mail the song when it went to progressive acoustic leads and rhythms. It’s got a perfect combination of heavy and melody. I give this track a 5 out of 5.It’s well written and it’s well produced. I like it and I recommend it to anyone that likes this type of instrumental music

Bella chitarra

Bop review

Here’s an awesome rock tune, boy if this isn’t Jeff beck or dream theater i don’t know what is. It’s not often you here an instrumental in music period. This song is full of energy and spot on players, very tight track, love the bass and drums very tight and on point. The guitars are amazing and shredding it up the place. You can hear the influence of guitar hero Steve vai. The arrangement and production are right there to. I wish the best of luck to your track.

Calm before the storm

Hidden meanings are rarely important, when the music is profoundly exaggerating the current situation of the mind itself. Even though this can be also considered as a way of getting the job done by actually not expressing too many details of the message that has been precessed by the time of this review. Fundamentally broken thoughts, however, can lead to s state of nothingness and despair. "The knight in shining armor rescuing the maiden in distress", can be seen too obvious choice reflecting the hope for a divine interception or a final solution for the future?
