The NEURODIVERGENT album is out now – the soundtrack for ADHD Awareness Month! This one-of-a-kind release dives deep into Neurodiversity in a way I haven’t seen anyone else tackle. A 12-track epic that explores the symptoms and experiences of going through the late diagnosis process of AuDHD (Autism and ADHD). Music has a unique way of reaching places words can’t, and I truly believe this album could make a HUGE impact on the neurodivergent community. It’s like a comfort blanket—offering a way for people to feel seen, heard, and validated in just one hour. This project has been 3 years in the making, capturing my personal neurodivergent journey—from darkness to light, from unawareness to full self-awareness, and from undiagnosed to diagnosed. It also serves as the soundtrack to #ADHDAwarenessMonth, marking a new chapter of advocating for and supporting those navigating late neurodivergent diagnoses, while continuing my own path of introspection. A massive thank you to everyone who brought this album to life, especially my family and friends. A special shout-out to Alex Dudley, who has been instrumental in this project. Alex worked tirelessly to layer the album (it’s not just guitar and vocals—we’ve added piano, bass, electric guitar, and more to signify a new direction in my music). He also mixed and mastered the entire project (including reworking some older singles) and created the stunning artwork you see. He’s been a true legend throughout the process!
