Mr Harvey Morris

HARVEY E. MORRIS is the President/CEO of TUFF STUFF Productions. Harvey is an Emmy Award-winning music producer, gifted singer/songwriter, vocal arranger, actor and professional drummer. Harvey's extensive, diversified experience has contributed to his reputation as a consummate professional in the entertainment industry.   Harvey was born in Bronx, New York to Harvey and Lorraine Morris.  Early on, his parents knew he was destined to be a musician. By age 2, Harvey’s parents purchased his first drum set to keep him from beating on their pots and pans. By the age of 4, Harvey and his cousins were dancing and singing to the sounds of Motown and Stax Records. It was clear to Harvey’s family from that point on that he desired to become an entertainer. Growing up in a household with God-fearing grandparents, Harvey attended the St. Luke A.M.E. church in Harlem, New York, and at age 8 began singing in the Children’s Choir under the caring directorship of Yvonne Clark.  When he was just 12 years old, and under the tutelage of music director Leon Tubman, also of St. Luke’s A.M.E. in Harlem, Harvey recorded his first commercial for American Airlines.  The years to follow have been constantly progressing for him.   During those colorful years, Harvey has collected a patchwork, quilt-like scrapbook with pages that continue to be filled with tour dates, photographs, recordings, wonderful opportunities and memories that have allowed him to share the stage with artists and groups including The Main Ingredient, featuring Cuba Gooding, Freddie Jackson, Cameo, Roy Ayers, Stevie Wonder, Taylor Dane, Bobby Humphrey, Melba Moore, George Faison, Allison Williams and  Gavin DeGraw, to name a few.    Harvey has also tipped his hat into voiceovers for TV Land on the Nickelodeon network.  He has created music for Ashley Stewart, a clothing company for women, and co-produced the title track for the PBS television special, Voices in Conflict, for which he earned an Emmy.  Harvey has also earned SAG/AFTRA credits for his role as “Phat Jimmy” in the motion picture Begin Again (2013). Most recently, and under his company TUFF STUFF Productions, Harvey released his first CD entitled Harvey Morris & The House Of Praise (2016).   Harvey’s objective is to empower people through positive music and image.  One of his favorite scriptures is Luke 12:48, “To whom much is given, much is required.”

Lovely people, Hi. It has been a while. I'm not even going to roll-call all of the amazing cities and countries that have joined this journey in the past 4 months - I'm just going to give the entire world one big, gorgeous, amazing Group Hug. Thank you ALL for... Hanging in there with me, even when I'm doubting myself and my vocal abilities... Encouraging me to finish my new songs (yes, they're written and I just need to get back into the studio to record, record, record!!)... Sending me kind words about how my songs have touched you, your friends, and your loved ones... Just being wonderful humans in a world that sometimes has dark corners. I appreciate you. I adore your faith in me. "A Note To Love" (ANTL) is a descriptive anecdote of a depictive, a writ by an evOLVE..with music arranged & accompanied by Charles Hamilton for an adapted screen visual" Aim: 'The Theory of Until....' a writ via an evOLVE As a combined edited visualizer depicting the Biblical struggle between brothers (Scar, serves as 'CAiN' & 'Mufasa' as the victim of betrayal, ABEL). As here, Mufasa Abel, also, doubles as Moses as conspired, and is considered to be another Biblically depicted legend of a figure soon to be discovered, in this depiction, thus serving as Scar's (adopted brother) for Mufasa was found, as a cub, seemingly abandoned, discovered not long after birth, in a river called a canal (Niles anyone)? The scene is set, as the first ever murder scene takes place between two brothers (seemingly and allegedly) and just as importantly, bore witness to via the innocence of future heir, SiMBA (Mufasa's cub). A father in this scene, seemingly killed right in front of a son, a scenario of a scene often depicted amongst humans. Son then takes flight, flees for his life, and runs away from home (goes on the run), in order to avoid the similar same fate as his father, that he bore witness to at the hands of his uncle, for the sake of survival. But in nature, ironically even, often times Lions, considered the 'king of the jungle' (just another self-described, sophisticated species, that all, though consider themselves as the center of the universe, until, but are nothing but a 'sophisticated species of creatures' that eat, that take a isht, sleep, reproduce, etc. that'll eventually die. Although for the time being will willfully, recreationally, sometimes skillfully, oft times, kill off the blood line of a previous competing one, a competing group (and wage WAR on whosoever in their right mind, may attempt to challenge or re-establish their reign, opposite of capitulation, it's a dirty game) unconditional life. Thus as a way of moving forward, set in a conference room somewhere (convene, commence in establishing themselves, seeking to attempt an ethnic cleanse, connivingly, these former convicts) for the sake of creating a new foundation of power 'with the attempts to secure their own dynasty and reign, unfortunately, and quite possibly, an un-thinkable thing occurs, one commits murder (Wages WAR). As they will go so far as to remove all remains, and remnants, and/or traces of said power structure that came before them, for the sake of sin. Going so far as to allegedly brainwash the capitulated in primary school, for the sake of taking over, in preparations of taking control to place their stake, they pace back and forth across the globe, exploiting, imperialising, just so that now, they may eat their enemies steak (and eat their food) upon their estate. And make no mistakes about it, baybe, in moving forward, they will re-model said self, shamelessly re-creating the scene of a crime, consistently, even going so far as to build their cities right on top of the sacred burial ground of the capitulated one. Doing so, not as an insult to injury, but in seeking to destroy completely, in search of re-creating a brand new identity, set for taking over their history, relegating the control of a legacy, unrelentless(ly). Listen, Amethysts upon Earth (meaning Earthlings) issued clemency, yet granting no mercy, but clamoring for amnesty. "We The People", are the one's that 'weCr8' for the sake of establishing a new narrative in telling our own history (even if, no matter how false, set for the sake of taking and pushing a propaganda...thus in establishing, what will always be their very own recollection of 'what had happened was' as a secondary school thought, one in which they reign perhaps, after succeeding in making someone else's home, their very own (gentrification) excavation, kicking em out, make a new home (trife, but gentrifying) y or F, what else? Trump that, don't answer, did we do that? (no pun intended) as we don't make the rules, we only make the observations from around here.
