Shining Bright

This was my thought when the first chorus began: Wow, this IS shining bright! With the other voices falling in and accompanying the rather deep lead voice, this is a moment of happiness and optimism. Music, content and mood go hand in hand. Very well done. Besides this, the song is somehow naked, it is reduced to the max in the best sense. There is only one (great sounding!) guitar and the voices, and that's it. And it's great! It doesn't need anything else. This is a precious little piece of art. Respect, Mr Bounty!

Well recorded & Memorable

Starts a bit like 'shame on the moon' but the chorus really ties it all together much better. Scott has - to use an example - a Springsteen kind of voice. It fights for the notes to sound right in low but expressive tones that shouldn't work but it works better in folk than any perfect kind of voice singing about nothing.

Shinning bright

I would put this under country too .Reminds me of the old 60's Kingston trio music. On your ohs... you have you verse and chorus in the right places. I enjoyed this song. This is your style for this song So I recommend you keep it as is. Good luck !!

Vibes!

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Easy

It was easy to keep the song playing. I'll confess so many times after the first 10 seconds on a lot of songs in review, I go tyo the next after the first few bars. The guitar and voice is well balanced and the harmoies really are at a great level, enough to make a person relax and listen on through. As you continue on your songwriting journey, learn to ease your voice a little more kind of like how Jerry Garcia use to do which I hoep you take the suggestion as a compliment because you have a very nice relaxed style that has substance. And that's a lot Good luck.

Bright future ahead

I'm loving the acoustic intro. Anyone into country/folk music will instantly be attracted. Vocals come in, and the male vocals sound OK, but the harmony is amazing! They sing lyrics that reach deep into me and make me know things will be alright. (Obviously the point.) I see major potential for this track. A full band production of this song would be quite interesting. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if artists from other genres picked this to cover. Great song!

Very good song.

Very good song, It is normal to get lost in the waters of exciting music. It is normal to respond to the stimulation of harmonious music.it is normal to remember life experiences through specific music, just as it is normal to look for a refuge in music. Music, like a sphere, encloses an environment and protects it. Music covers us like a dress, like a medicine heals us. Music a flag, a light, a color, a food. Music is a celebration, it is a farewell, it is also a consolation. Society, like a tissue of the human body, is full of running engines that work at the same time, each one with different characteristics, sizes and aspects. Each motor performs a specific function and each one plays an indispensable role so that everyone, in turn, can perform their own function. When music enters the fibers of our humanity and becomes part of this machinery, surprising energy plays in favor of each of the engines that make up the same, immediately orchestrated changes are manifested for a common good and the journey that music undertakes inthe fabric of a community is the stimulus that contributes to restoring what needs to be rehabilitated.Exactly as it happens to the individual, it happens to the collective:the positive discharge emitted by the sounds of exciting music, they are a nourishing food, it is normal to respond to the stimulation of harmonious music,It is normal to feel that something has changed, it is normal to feel rehabilitated. Music transforms everything, this is not an experiment, it is a reality.

Scott Bounty's "Hey Baby, It's Alright"

Upon your very first listen to Woodbury, Connecticut based musician Scott Bounty's "Hey Baby, It's Alright" - you cannot help but be impressed by the songwriting and musicianship. But beyond that, the production and genuine musical passion are also certain to get your attention. Highly recommended, and I'm looking ofrward to hearing more great new music from Scott in the future!

Hey Baby, It's Alright review

Really nice sound on the acoustic guitar. This is an interesting sort of song that you've written here. I would possibly suggest that you add a bridge after the chorus following the second verse just to break up the continuous verse chorus verse chorus thing you have going on. It would give it more substance and possibly open up another area to explore the melody as well. Keep it up though and continue to work on this on. Sounds good.

Hit material

Scott, Keep shopping the song; methinks you have hit material here. The harmonies in the chorus are nice and rich. Don't know what else i can say except keep it going to a fellow from the nutmeg state.

laid back and easy

"Hey Baby, It's Alright (Shining Bright) is a laid back, simple song that's easy to follow, easy to understand, and easy on the ears. The acoustic guitar melody is consistent and clean throughout the song and the harmonies are full. I liked the positive message overall.

hey baby its alright

good simple formula with good sing a long chorus potential not a lot of production the track is stripped right back and offers uncomplicated lyrics and gets its straight forward message across, definitely worth a few spins, would have liked to have heard a bridge.

ballata
