I am so grateful for all the support I have received here at N1M and all the kind and motivating messages! In these unprecedented times I hope you are safe and well. I am very surprised that no one in the mainstream media has suggested that raising the immune system with Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3 and lowering the intake of sugar and acidic foods to prevent the possibility of contracting this virus has not been brought to the forefront although it becomes clearer when you realize that over 70% of the income of media is from big pharma. Although things may look rather bleak at present, this is a time of transition and there are brighter days ahead as we prioritize the needs of the collective and the criminal elements who have created such fear in order to control humanity will be brought to justice. Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; they sink because of the water that gets in them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.
