Ray Looney has been writing music and short stories since 3rd grade. In 2013 while deployed to Afghanistan with the Army, Ray recorded her first single and the fire grew from there. Ray Looney is a rapper/songwriter/engineer (born in Gary, IN and currently living in the Dallas, TX area) with a passion for music. She does all her own lyrics, recording, mixing, mastering & promotion. Her "Midwest slur" combined with her newfound southern swag provides her with a creative and unique sound. Always willing to work and on a quest to be her Favorite Rapper’s (Boosie) Favorite Rapper, this is Ray Looney.
