OK on the beat and most of the mix. The voice gets lost and the song has some busy parts that just don't add then it gets boring. Overall the balance is OK, but the voice...

Nice joint to jump start the party. You got one take advantage of it. If you don't mind I may have two ladies coming to visit this evening. This can be used as a nice "icebreaker". Thanks.

Review of "Rump SHAKA FT. GUCCI MANE" by B.Jones

Immediately I looked at the title and was expecting another typical Down South "party anthem" or "Trap song" seeing that Gucci Mane name was attached to it! Now with that being said and clearing the air first. The song is not bad, just a repetitive song that would be a mixtape slot song. I can hear radio playing it due to the format in which the song is structured, but a Bonified "Hit" not so much! -- Keep up the hard work & your grind

Very marketable. Kinda gives me a T.I feel on the beat. Considering Gucci is on the track. I give you a bonus point. I understand the game a little bit to know that you have to have a marketable sound. Content is a very big part of what captures an audience. This is strip club material for sure. I dig the music.

Sorry seems to be the hardest word

I'm sorry guys, this is definitely not my cup of tea. When I look for music I look for songs. Anyway I appreciate the work behind it. Bye

It's Decent

This has all the recent modern day era methods to making a rap song. Technically a great mix, clean. Content, run of the mill. The Auto-Tune, I could do without. It's catchy, mainstream sound, not much imagination in the music. It sounds like every other rap song in this genre. Classic 808 snare and drums, flows decent. I can't say I like the content much.

well put together there just try putting the voice a lil more up front in certain parths of it, love the vibes though!

OK

Not my style of music so Ill comment on the music itself. It is very repetitive, hard to tell when one part ends and the other begins. It is a catchy tune though, however I can hear the back up singing more then the main. Words aren't clear enough for me to understand what is being sung. Im giving it a 4.5 anyways simply becuase this is out of my genre and I dont want to hinder your reviews! Positive criticism!

There is some good content in this song. But its a little Misconstrued at times.I still like it though.Rappers have to be careful sometimes they come across as spoiled Brats.I hear a little of this going on here.Stay on it and change a little.

review of Rump shaka ft" by randybeckerwideworld

good song, could use more of a crescendo, the whole thing is crescendo, voices need to be more upfront, words are a bit senseless, uninspiring - but i like the flow and beat, good key boards/vocorder. Could be a cross over for jamaica reggae or ska, more horns, crisper vocal, more defined bass - bring it up in octave once in a while, so you can get that real bass feel. you could get a higher harmony for the tag line to create some variations, but i still dont understand why writter concentrate on foul language instead of meaningfull content, come on - there is so much to write about. venture records randy becker venture records - randy becker

Average

I'm nor entirely sure why I've been asked to review this as I chose Rock, Funk & Soul as reviewer, and this is obviously none of those. Anyway, I do like some Hip Hop but unfortunately I find this track a little uninspiring. It's quite well produced and the vocal is good but the chord progression is uninspiring, as is the groove and the track in general lacks any kind of hook. That said, a large portion of successful Hip Hop tracks also lack these key ingredients so well done!
