    Celebrate Spring with a fun night of rockin' Outlaw Cajun and Blues played by a trio of traditionalist musical virtuosos with a contemporary twist! Phoebe Legere delivers hilarious original songs & slap happy dances peppered with heart melting country ballads and uptempo bluegrass sizzlers! Who is Phoebe Legere? National Public Radio called her “An American Original…fun, funny and smart. and the New York Times calls her “Superb!”

    Joining Phoebe will be her band members Greg Holt on fiddle, a protege of Vassar Clements, Paul “Smitty” Smith on (Montenegro Saints) on Lap Steel and Tootie Thibodaux on percussion.

    Legere has performed thousands of shows from Country Fairs to NPR, from Folk Festivals to the Pow Wow circuit, from Songwriter Circles to a CBS Sunday Morning feature when she won First Runner-Up in “America’s Hottest Accordionist Contest” in Branson, MO. She has played with Joni Mitchell, David Bowie, Billy Joel, Steve Martin and John Hartford and she was once the girlfriend of Hunter Thompson.

    Phoebe Legere’s new Americana CD “Heart of Love” is, this week, #28 on the ROOTS Americana chart…with praises from WICN-Worcester’s Nick Noble, who called Heart ofF Love, "one of the most intriguing, exciting albums I've heard this year." Celebrity Cafe writes: “(She ha s…fearless…inspiring…artistic integrity." The New York Times compared her to Jerry Lee Lewis, Edith Piaf and Marilyn Monroe.

    Ms. Legere has released 12 CDs of original and traditional music available on iTunes and Spotify.
