I invite you to listen to Waltz #2, a beautiful song by Elliot Smith and I chose as a track to break in my new Zoom recording machine. I'm finally learning how to use the damn thing.

I want to thank everyone for joining my network and giving my material nearly 750,000 song plays this past year. The two Blue Moon sessions were recorded at Blue Moon Studios in late 1983 and early 1984 with a load of great musicians including Blues Guitarist Dave Melton. The session was engineered by my dear friend, the late Paul Hone, and had the Canadian rock legend Neil Merriweather (Lita Ford) offering producing suggestions. For this recording I pulled together the best players I knew who required little rehearsal.

I'm really excited about some of the old tapes I'm going through and transferring to digital media. I've discovered some new software that's really helping me brighten up some of the older recordings. I found versions of me singing "Substitute" by the "Who", "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" by the Spin Doctors, and a lot of other fun rock and soul material. I'll hope you'll check it out. I'm also remixing many of my uploaded files to maximize the sound output. God bless you all and keep rocking the free world.

I want to thank my subscribers for all the song recommendations. Today I pulled out a couple of home demos I had that mixed just for N!M. The songs include "The Promised Land" about writer Arthur Miller feeling betrayed by director Elia Kazan testifying before the House Un-American Activities Committee. A little esoteric but it’s a cool track. I also uploaded my version of the Crowded House song called It’s Only Natural. Plus there are lots of other new demos and live tracks.

Your recent support of uploaded songs has been reflected in alternative rock, classic rock, soul, and several other N1 music charts. This includes my original song "House of Fire" being number one in the US in the alternative rock category. I wanted to say thanks and here's a link to my new digital release.

Hello folks. I'm now a premium member of this fine establishment, which means I can post more songs. I've just put together some vintage recording (both studio and live rehearsals) that I've posted on an online CD called The Vintage years. Checkout The Arrow, Road of no Return, and Hope and Believe. I've also reposted some favorites called The Drift and The Mistake. Enjoy and thanks for your support.
