I'm SaxyPhil from (expired link), you're currently a member of my list. I appreciate it.

When I was in college I had the opportunity to take a course on Jazz, taught by Nick Brignola. At the time there was no internet so I'd never heard him play, only was aware of how he was the definition of the proverbial "cool jazz" musician from class.

Later, I found his music on youtube and holy cow, Nick was a master Bari player.
