Jonny Phage

A singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Jonny Phage has been involved in music for the majority of his life. He has played and sung in many bands, and as well as Phage, he currently plays lead guitar in Good Girl Should, Lead & Rhythm Guitar in The Liquor Men, and guitar and keyboards in Tubeway Days (A Gary Numan tribute band) Phage has released 2 albums to date: Project: Self - A dark, industrial album, created almost entirely on computers. This album was an experiment in self-help music therapy, exploring the darker aspects of Jonny's psyche in an attempt to better deal with them. Catharsis [An Unrequited Lover's Requiem] - An acoustic album in stark contrast to Project: Self, addressing the feelings and emotions experienced as a result of a relationship breakdown. Jonny has begun working on 2 new albums, provisionally titled 'Karma Bomb' and 'Strike Gently and Away From Face'. A continuation of the Gothic-Folk style of 'Catharsis...', 'Strike Gently...' will be a collection of songs about the current situations affecting Jonny's life. 'Karma Bomb', on the other hand, sees Jonny going back to the style of 'Project: Self'. This album will be a darker, dirtier, soul-reflecting journey through synthesized soundscapes, against a backdrop of distorted guitars! So, Watch this space...
