The back bone to Hey Young Soul and what inspired me to write this Song !

Inspired by my time spent in rehabilitation following lower spinal surgeries,
I wrote the song to remind myself and other Rehabilitators and families that love, persistence and a positive mindset will help us conquer the challenges each day presented us with.

'Hey Young Soul' is imbued with positive energy, a real cheery summer tune.'Hey Young Soul' marches us towards a stranger and happier mindset, a sentiment that has become increasingly important in our daily lives.

I hope that Hey Young Soul delivers great happy vibes to you all (as it has me) especially for you guys during these difficult times of Cov-19.

Between 2017/2018 I've spent most time in Dublin Ireland recording new material and filming music clips. It's been a blessing and a wonderful journey to record at both the famous Windmill Lane Studio (U2 studio) and The Mill Studio (owned by Christy Sheeridan)

It has been an awesome experience working with producer Ger McDonnell, holding credits working with U2, Def Leppard, Kasabian just to mention a few.

Now you'll experience a whole new dimension of fresh and vibrant sound as I continue to deliver an authentic feel and unique distinct blend of accessible original music with a truly broad appeal.
