Keeping it at 100 on the play list, I've uploaded an Old School Tejano Roots song "Dicen que soy muy Borracho" (They say I'm a big drunk) and deleted "Ol' Carol" this time. It's time to upload some Latin songs for a while for all the mailing list members 'all' around the World that like this genre, especially in South America, all the way down to Santiago, Chile and the Rio area along as all across Europe and Canada. There are some Latin music lovers in New Zealand and Australia, too! But, all of Texas down the valley on up to El Paso members will love it also cause it's down home Tejano laid back stuff ~ the stuff I grew up doing early in my life learning how to play before I got into Rock & Roll. It also features on keyboards, my friend Johnny Elkins who passed away a couple weeks ago from the Ft. Worth/Weatherford area . He played keyboards with the Latin Souls band I was in when I was 17 years old. We recorded on "I Got a Line on You", "Yesterday", "Polka (Mama's Pollo), "Me Despido de Ti", "Yebla Mala" (Bad Weed), "Cumbia del Sol" and 3 others on the play list now including the latest song uploaded today. Johnny played keyboards on all of them. May he R.I.P. Other than 'that'... I'd like to Welcome 'ALL' of the new mailing list members to the fold and say that you can have 'any' and all of the songs not available for downloading 'free' by just replying to this News Letter and asking for them, including "Rock & Roll Down in Texas".
