About PART OF ME

Part Of Me have been a band since the summer of 2001, in Bologna, a city in the center of Italy.
The band was formed by four guys with the same love for 90's rock. From the beginning they have composed their own songs, inspired by bands like Tool, Faith No More, Pearl Jam and others. After a year in the studio, they started playing live seriously in a lot of contests and venues in Bologna like Made In Bo, Tendone Estragon, Giostr...à, ScandellaraRock. In the summer of 2003 they played live on RadioFujiko, an important radio for underground music in Bologna. At the end of the same year the band took a break from playing live to record their first ep "My Bloody Migraine" on their own. Then they got back on the road playing throughout Emilia Romagna, and some gigs in Milan, Rome, Perugia, Rebecq (Belgium) for a festival and Germany. At the end of 2005 they decided to record their first album, and moved in Ravenna to work with the rumagnol producer Riccardo "Paso" Pasini, in his Studio73 (Slowmotion Apocalypse, Ephel Duath, Action Men, Folder, This a standoff (USA) and many more.
