We will be honoring legends in Philadelphia Latin music – Mino Cruz (La Opinion), Victor Aday (La Paz) and Elba “Candy” Dormoi (Panama y su Ritmo Caliente). Join us for an awards presentation, salsa lessons by Flaco’s Dance Factory, and a salsa dance party led by Latin big band Papo Gely and the Salsa Jazz
