It's not often I give a 5 rating but this one deserves it. It has everything in it...a strong intro and fantastic leads and lyrics are spot on. It's also got that Pink Floyd feel of "Wish you were here" in it, but it has it's own style especially with the lead guitar going at it with nicely done dynamics. Loved the way you took it out at the end with the extended leads. Great job on this one, man! I wish you 'all' the best here at N1Music and on your music adventure! ~ ... gizzmow, Bonham, Texas

Great Guitar Start. Good Production, & Recording Mix. You Should Be Proud of This Track. Sounds Like, You Spent Good Money, On The Production. These Are All Good Musicians...Love The Vocals...Stand Tall...I Give It A 4.3

OSMÜGA brings to the audience a song with weight and emotion.

The melody draws a lot of attention by the tone, the sadness of the sound and its depth is captured by the strings acoustic session. A shows itself to be true and makes an impact with its strong and dominant verses. Music is always enhanced with solos that are distributed throughout the work as a whole. The deep voice makes the performance functional and interesting for the listeners. Son is a song with the necessary weight.

I find this to be what I would refer to as a 'filler' song for your album. It's a nice progression that repeats itself throughout the song and it showcases the guitar solos very well. But your vocals are needing a better mix so that they come through clearly for the listener to hear what you are singing about. With a title 'Son', it would seem there is a message there. But you need to bring your vocals out front a little more. Being a guitarist myself, I like the song and your solos. You have a good style that should get you there sooner or later. Keep trying and keep rockin'! Good luck moving forward.

Great lead vocals and guitar, I think the bass track could be a bit stronger or should I say the Kick drum as it pronounces the track more definable. also be a bit of whaa in the git track would also make the track more engaging to the listeners as people enjoy the substance in a rock song....just my opinion ....great track well mixed and mastered....well done.

Beautiful song. Everything was very well recorded. A vocal marcte and worked in voices. A song that gives us a fantastic atmosphere of peace. A beautiful guitar solo that makes us travel. Something that reminds us of great bands like Pink Floyd. Your job is wonderful. A very calm and striking battery. A beautiful tribute to a son. A very progressive and fantastic sound! Congratulations.

Osmuga recreates the sound of country rock and mixes the progressive rock with great scents of classic electric guitars with a very accurate composition throughout the whole song. Son has a wonderful recording too with a risky but splendid performance of both guitars all along the track. The only thing I miss is a more drastic ending, in my opinion it crashes too soon in the end and it deserves a bigger final.

Sweet Rock Ballad

The music to this song is very well put together. I like the clarity of the guitars. The mixer of acoustic guitar with the electric guitar work is nice. The lead vocals need to be more up front and it would be just right. Depending on what device one is listening to the song on the vocals sound a little weak but in any case the vocals are very well done. Great recording and the guitar solos make the song soar. Has a Scorpions ballad feel to it. Good song to listen to.

A cool rock song !

A very nice song. The lyrics gives me a feeling of looking back at fatherly advice groving up and is also something to look back at in the future. The lyrics is wrapped in well known chords that gives you great melody lines. It gives you a bit of a dark feel but the song is bringing you a possitive message after all. For the recordings it has a well sounding rythm section and acoustic guitar sound. It´s of course my personal opinion, but I would have liked to hear more of that clean electric guitar for fills and a bit cleaner sound on the solo. A cranked up tube amp with a natural broken up sound wound have been great. But over all I really like this song and it would be fun to hear it live some time when this crises is over. Keep up the good work and stay safe. All the best -Kris

This music has several things I like. An alternative sound and I think a nice voice in a attractive register. What is sad about the voice is that it dissapeares in to many effects and dubbings. Better to let the voice stand alone and with more closeness and details. Rework the voice and I could give a hihger score.

"OSMÜGA" has sent me a request to review their song "Son". Sometimes, I will find out later that the artist never sent a request to be reviewed and that Number One Music has sent out an algorithm. Once in awhile you stumble upon something that just grabs you from the get go. Good tracks with a really good flowing melodic guitar. Great guitar tone that should be appreciated for the work put into creating it. As I sit here and listen to "son", my mind stands and applauds "OSMÜGA"...

Sometimes you find pleasant surprises on websites like this, I can't understand how a band like Osmüga, be a band not so known, this music has a lot of quality and great taste. Here there are great musicians behind, but I don't understand why they are so undervalued that we don't even know them. Congratulations for the album (awesome album) and I hope that destiny puts you in your place. Thanks for the music, I have listened to all the songs on your profile and they are amazing. "Son" is a beautiful song and well produced too.

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song we get a great classic rock intro that is both true to the genre and effort. Vocally, I'm less inclined to get wild and excited with the production, though the effects are fine - I think less would be more as once the song gets going - I'm drawn in - even with the low vocals. Nice work. I'd listen again.

I 'm not an expert in technical resources, but I know perfectly what my ears hear. I have to say that it is the best I have been able to hear in N1M at the moment, I like Rock and this is ROCK MUSIC with capital letters. As for the song itself, to say that it is very very good, beautiful, I loved it.

Probably the best I've heard in Rock Music nowadays!

I will be simple with this review, due to the impression that this song "Son" from Osmüga has caused in me, it is the best thing I have heard in Rock music for a long time, it is a song that catches you for its sincerity and the depth and good taste of music (I love his guitar and voice). Osmüga thank you very much for your music, I'm going to buy you the cd album right now, you deserve it. Keep it up bro!
