Hello all who have subscribed to my mailing list. Apologies that I have been silent for so long. As EVERYONE knows, we are in a world crisis with the COVID-19 pandemic. I honestly and sincerely send out my condolences to all those who have lost loved ones during this unprecedented time in our lives. I also wish to thank all those "essential workers" who are our heroes. The grocery store checkers and shelve stockers, the truckers who not only worry about getting their loads to destinations on time, but also their families weathering the storm at home alone, the mail workers especially in the Christmas rush, the teachers in public schools, the servers and cooks and chefs in eateries across the land..The folks who pick up the trash and the plumbers and electricians....I should name so many more who maybe are feeling unappreciated and overworked but who make our homes habitable. So finally, to the musicians who are suffering mightily due to the need to cut live performances to next to nil. Think about the risk to recording studios and those who sing the songs you all love to listen to. But my friends, take heart. We all have to STILL do our part until the vaccines are distributed...follow health recommendations and mandates. I won't be able to record anything NEW at the present time but I will look through my old catalogue of recordings and hope that you will enjoy them.. With that message I also wish you all a safe Christmas and a hopeful new year. Yours, very truly. Nancy Ryan.
