Hers a cool song of a rock/metal song, can’t help noticed flavor of Metallica and godsmack. Love the dark sounding guitars in the intro. Great drums and drum engineering as well as a kicking bass and tight rhythm section. I love the flow of this song, great production too. Nice vocals, hook, and arrangement’s,very professional. It’s really cool how the track reminds me of so many kool bands, this track rocks, and I wish you the best of luck.

Eerie!

Nice Eerie intro. Sounds well produced. Nice build to start the song. pretty solid when the vocals kick in. I like the bridge too. All and all a decent track to listen to. Can't put my finger on who it reminds me off but that's a good thing!

good song

This song of Mike Masser sounds excellent. Good vocals , good sound. It has a mysterious feel somehow and shows good skill of songwriting. It has a dark feel to it, which suits the yrics well. Maybe the guitar work is not that spectacular and has not too much variation but the song is not boring at all. Curious to hear some more of this artist over here on N1M. At least check it out , you wont be dissapointed

rock on!

yes I definitely think you could release it like a single. Reminds me of the 90's metal from Corrosion of conformity to Jason Rawhead up to Queens of the stoneage and Kyuss. The mixing is also really good for this kind of music and it brings out the vocals in the right way. If I had to find one downside I would say that the song has no extreme high or lows (I mean a blaring 30 second solo drowning out the rest for example) . That on itself is not a bad thing! It just makes it stand out a little bit less to my opinion. But for the rest a beast of a song!

Heavy and melodic!

Helpful

Yup..Heavy and melodic! Great tune. I personally like how the melody develops over the basic riff of the tune, it takes a really cool "turn" I didn't expect...reminds me a bit of something Alice in Chains would do. Great job!

Super heavy goodness

Helpful

A great opening riff gives us a glimpse of what is to come. The slow build, adding drums in increasing intensity till the full band and voice make their entrance leads us straight into a very well crafted bit of metal. An almost Sabbath feel to the vocal mix (doubling in an almost crowd like presence) lends itself to a nicely woven thick and dark tone. Almost a bark at the moon era Ozzy feel. If there was one comment to make it would be that vocals are not prominent enough in the mix and should probably be brought up a touch, but the song stands on its own. Well Done!

Kicks Ass

Helpful

The intro had a sound that made me wonder what was coming. When the guitars kicked in and the vocals started, I was pleasantly surprised. I feel like the vocals could have been a little louder, but the song kicks ass. There is some obvious Metallica influence and that's a good thing. This is one of those metal songs that could easily be considered commercial.

Obvious Talent Here

Helpful

The song rocks. Interesting dissonant triad sound in the intro. Sort of the trademark of the tune as in you here that intro and you recognize the tune. Definitely more from the Metallica hard rock bucket with the overdriven distorted guitars. Vocals were Metallica like. The song is well structured. Tune was Professional in performance and recording. I was expecting a guitar solo. Overall fine job.

Right away this track caught my attention (not an easy feat for me and my adhd!) with the heavy rhythmic intro and then the huge guitars then massive vocal tracks.. Nice production and performance throughout, worth listening to!

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song I love the hard guitar and slow build intro. Vocally, this sounds like any other "hard rock" style of singer which is not to say it's bad, but doesn't stand out from anything else I'd expect. But I do love the guitar grove and, well, for this alone, I'd put this on repeat!

Killer riff, killer vocals, killer weight, what a great song, reminds me of Sabbath in the intro \m/. The vocals rock, laid back and clear, some of them remind me of Paul Stanley on the heavier Kiss tracks like creatures of the night etc. Superb.
