Song Reviews

A standard love song - that has potential.

This song has a nice funky introduction and groove. It has nice lead guitar and bass parts, interesting modulations and arrangement in general. The vocals are clear and it is a standard love song. However it needs more energy and is lacking in emotional punch - this has to do with the dynamics and interaction of the different parts of the arrangement (and mixing to an extent). All the different instruments and the vocals seem to be doing their own thing and there is little dynamic interaction/response between them. This song definitely needs tweeting and it needs to start with the vocals. The vocals need to be more emotional and energetic. It also needs to incorporate some more (modern) vocal nuances and style to give it character/personality. I believe that once this is done that the other members of the band will feed of this energy and automatically respond with a more dynamic rendition of the song and it will come alive. In the (pop) band genres the lead singer is effectively the conductor/leader/creative director of the band and therefore the source of energy. This song has potential. Keep it up.

Very different sound here . This is more of the rock and blues side I don't know how u mixed it but its ok. Nice message how u talk about your romance about falling in love. I felt that what u can work on as far as getting better is t raise your vocals or put more energy into them

Well done

The Song is very nice, very good groove and feel. Your voice could use a little tuning though and the final mix doesn't sound very professional, a little more blending or more time on the technical side of things could be of great help. The song is very nice though, Well done, I'd like to hear more of your stuff. Thanks For The Oppurtunity

Pretty good music in the background. The acoustic guitar is a little too loud in the mix. It is just providing background fillers. The instruments that are doing interesting things should be brought out into the spotlight. The vocals are in key and in tune, with an interesting vocal style. I like the lyrics, but im not sure about the voice. The vocals could use more energy, and the music could be more interesting and have more variety. Sounds pretty good though, keep it up!

Nice feel and groove. Easy listening. Vocal style is not distinctive and needs some tuning in places. Mix a bit poor on the drums

Not my thing BUT....

Like the title of the review says...not my thing but, I could see this possibly being placed in a movie or something like that. The mix and mastering could have been a little more ummmmm mixed and mastered. It is not terrible I just heard some rough spots. If you didn't get a pro to do this do so on your next project it is worth the money. Best of luck to you!

The track is pretty bland, but the vocals and lyrics are just plain bad. The songwriting is just not there. Sorry.
