About Mark Gardner

Mark is a seasoned Multi-instrumental , Singer / Songwriter ,performer and entertainer. Often nicknamed as “Sergeant Trouser”” as he has played in many bands including “Bricks and Mortar” and “Sergeant Trouser and currently “The Broken Sweethearts”gaining much support as well as performing alongside Neil Murray, Keith Potger (The Seekers),Swannee , Chris Wilson and Alan Barnes gaining much experience.
Mark’s band “The Broken Sweethearts” are currently No.4 on the Reverbnation Indie Charts for Victoria and Top 20 for Australia and has previously released his debut EP “The Great Divide EP” as produced by Brian Canham (Pseudo Echo,Brill,Anthony Calea) and mastered by Martin Pullan at Edensound Mastering at Armstrong Studios in Sth Melbourne featuring 6 tracks on the CD and download it off link has performed at Federation square “Where the floddy hell are you?” for flood relief in 2011
Mark has performed at various festivals, charity events and volunteered to assist fellow artists and bands at including The Bendigo Blues and Rock Festival in 2008 & 2009 and The Basin Music Festival 2009-2013 with The Broken link has also performed at The Pepper tree Festival in Bendigo and and The Sonic Arts Festival in Bendigo in 2009 & 2010. He also peformed at the Long Live Live Music fest in Bendigo in 2010 and Peaches and Cream festival in Moama NSW in 2009 and The StKilda festival playing trumpet with Lady Lash in 2012 and early 2013.
