It's a very nice melody and the vocals just make it work very well, i highly enjoyed listening to this, and found the tempo changes interesting. some places seem like the vocals could come up a bit but it still sounds good for sure! keep up the great work!

There is obviously a reference to "Dont you want me baby" by the Human League, but, having got that influence out of the way, there is a likeable song. The timing is not as tight as I would expect from electropop MIDI synth tracks and the idiosyncratic solo guitar could be tuned a bit better. Overall there seems to be too much trying to grab attention at the front of the mix and the lead vocal is struggling for space. Having listed the faults, in my opinion this could benefit from a remix and will, probably, turn out to be a very good song. If it is a solo performer, there is considerable promise shown here and the song is well-worth spending time on placing the various elements on a soundstage so that each is able to contribute to the general flow of the song.

"Prisoner of My Dreams", by Lovechild is a really cool song. The somewhat cryptic keyboard arrangement with the intermittent guitar parts fits the feeling of the title. I personally feel that the bass parts should be more prominent though. The vocals work great and the effects are cool.

Upon your very first listen to the fantastic "Prisoner Of My Dreams" by Lovechild, you cannot help but be immediately impressed by the high caliber performance, songwriting and production sensibilities of the number. While Lovechild's musical influences are fairly self evident, Lovechild definitely has a sound and personality that is uniquely original. Highly recommended!

Here’s a cool song by love child entitled prisoner of dreams,this is a cool EDM/poppy rocking song that is very interesting to the ear. the electronic drums and bass sets the song up for a nice arrangement and it compliments the song. Musicianship and instruments being played are well engineered and produced. Nice work with the loops and selections of electronic instruments and then adding the vocals on top. The song has a very catchy hook as well. Very good song nice touch well played and performed. It’s nice to hear musicians practicing there crafts cause that’s what makes the music world go around.

Great track. The production is smooth. The effects on the lead vocals is just right. Has a slight flavor of early Pink Floyd. The synths add a nice touch to the overall production of this track. The styles and sounds(piano,strings,keys) form a good listening experience. I like the overall dreaminess and hypnotic effect. Very imaginative, but a little too busy at times. Thanks for this!

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song I think production wise there's a little disconnect with the vocal which sounds like it's recorded in a bathroom which doesn't help the singer who has a nice range to his vocals. Electronically fun.
