About Lisa Waites
Lisa is a multi-GMA Covenant Award nominee, a seasoned singer-songwriter, ecumenical worship leader, composer, theologian and an ordained minister. She founded her company, Servant Song Music & Ministry, in 1998.
Lisa writes contemporary hymns, worship songs, and liturgical service music almost daily; she writes with her Bible open and her fingers on the keys of her upright piano.
Music Fans, I had the opportunity to sit down with Chelsea Amber this spring. Chelsea is a Canadian GMA Covenant Award Nominee, a talented Singer-Songwriter, and the Founder of the “Christian Guitar Girls” community,
I was Chelsea’s featured guest, and we recorded an interview for her podcast back in March, which went “live” earlier today, June 1st. What was supposed to be a ten minute promo blurb about my new single “Through All of Our Days” turned into a half hour conversation about music-making, overcoming barriers in the industry, and the faithfulness of God through it all.
