He is a Men of Vision alum who returned to the organization as a professional mentor to inspire students to never give up and graduate college. Using research for strengthening families and communities, Kedric continues to aim towards fighting oppression and injustice, advocating for social change, and ensuring student success. Kedric returned to college to fulfill the vision that his father, a famous Blues singer, Willie Mabon, who sold millions of records. His father encouraged him to finish college and learn how to read and write music on a professional level. B.A. at DePaul University, majoring in Business Marketing and a minor in Sociology. Education is very important to him and plans to help as many people of color to succeed in college. Kedric Mabon "K-Roc" is an American singer, song writer and producer who inspire his followers with a smooth sound of positive music. He believes that education is the key to his success.
