It’s Kathryn. How are you doing? I’ve been raising another litter of kittens for the past month and it’s had its ups and downs. Nothing has gone quite as I expected. I am learning an important life lesson about how to let go. Nature cannot always be predicted, and sometimes we just have to go with the flow even when we want to control everything. I hope all of you are having a good transition into the next season, for me here in Texas that means fall. I want to encourage you to keep believing in your dreams. They will come to pass as long as you hold the idea in your mind and never give up. There is always a new beginning. I love you all. Thank you for always supporting my music. Peace and Blessings. They’ve got the “I woke up
like this” thing going on.
Just hopped out of bed
with full makeup in a
picture perfect world.
That’s not Kathryn Holland.
Her vulnerability has connected
with audiences across the state
of Texas (she won first place in
the West Texas Songwriters Competition).
Kathryn has been smashing stereotypes
of what a singer-songwriter sounds like.
She’s inspired by artists such as
The Beatles, Hanson, Michael Jackson.
Her music includes influences of reggae,
rap, rock, electronic and funk music.
She almost exclusively records,
produces and mixes
the music herself.
Kathryn’s authenticity is a breath
of fresh air for music fans
that live in a pop world of
ghostwriters, teams of
producers, and all the
bells and whistles.
