"Here' by Karais James is an amazing rock anthem presented and delivered in such a way that make Frank Zappa smile. Half way through the song the story he loves to tell, and does so well draw the listener in every more anticipating a solo. It comes and drive the same beat right back to the story he knows so well. She was he's living hell. Lyrically Rosie Rumba said she can't believe she left him. Me, I can believe it. No disrespect to the ladies. Studio version mastering sounds fantastic on our 5,300 watt system. Iggy Ice said top marks for overall composition and sound quality. Five minute songs that actually hold your attention all the way through are rare. That's my assessment of "Here'. A collectable... be love... evolve... iAndroid Dior D'Nai

Here and Hippy

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song classified as Hip Hop and Hard Rock - really? Musically, I am impressed with the arrangement of the guitar and drums. Vocally, well, it does feel hip-hoppy and hard rocky. Shocked. And it seemingly works - for YOU. I'm hopeful this trend doesn't lend to others so you keep a unique sound I'd enjoy hearing again. Lyrically, interesting.

Nice original sound.

Nice original sound and style. Really like the chorus. Very nice production and a strong effort. The musicianship brings the song to life. The lead is very well played, fits the song with out overplaying.

Positive

This artist, in my opinion demonstrates the clear capability of writing. My only criticism, is that the artist should seriously consider shortening the length. The average song, for demonstration of your work should not exceed 4 minutes , (or any major hit in that regard)

Karais James here-this is a cool song reminding me of early pink floyd plus a couple other familiar sounds from the past. This is hard to put a finger on cause it’s a cross up between rock and alternative music.I really dig the fine musicianship and sound quality and production the tracks were nicely laid down as well.the lyric and the hook are very well thought out.the thing I like the most is that it’s different very good track.

This song, Here, shows how a good song is to be done these days, i.e. to the point, lavishly and absolutely nicely arranged without excess or anything. A real and full-blooded rock guitar here is positive as well. And yes, this all comes down to the 60s or 70s. You may clearly discern some grotesque touch to it as and it's great, why not? Good ideas continue to control the world of music to this very day.

Le grain de voix.

Helpful

Different... Interesting panning...

Unique sound. With lyrics early in the tune like "I woke up in the toilet. It seems I must have... lost a bet." I thought, how could you not want to change? Lots of talking in the beginning, I would say that that the chorus and guitar solo are the best parts. It seems longer than 5 minutes and 17 seconds. The verses, well, they have some interesting parts but I didn't come away with a strong melody or hook. Maybe an album cut, not a single. Not very easy to dance to.

FULL FEELING

The same melody can be interpreted softly, melodiously, joyfully, raw, playful, and in many ways sung or played by an instrument. Think of a metal song, a children's song or a romantic song. Of course, this is not a purely compositional aspect, but we must take it into account as it influences notoriously. Thinking about how the melody should sound, even the timbre of it is a very important aspect. Very good song. My congratulations.

Good rock n roll show

284/5000 Hi This song feels like a story that comes from a play, like "little shop of horror" Good song and solidly executed. Nothing that I listen to, but if you were to sit and on a theater set and this song appears in the play, I would dig it very much.

Here review

This is one of those songs that is really difficult to put in a box of any particular style. It almost sounds like a cut from a broadway musical soundtrack. The actual performance is really good and the production quality is well done. But it is definitely one of those songs that you may enjoy doing live but sadly, it falls short of anything commercial in today's market. If you are not wanting it played on a station that favors Taylor Swift, then right on!! A very unique song that actually grew on me as I continued to listen to it. By the end, I liked it. Keep writing any style that you feel like and hope someday the industry will come out of their cocoon and try songs that don't fit in their mold. Then you will have your day! Good luck!

This is a very interesting song.Nice vocal and melody.Kind of hard rock and kind of soft song with a raping vocal. And this vocal is very interesting and is telling good story.I like this band and i think you will like it too.

United Kingdom, Birmingham

Nice production

Very low key track. Starts with Sullen bass, vocals and then drums. Some guitar creeps in. Vocals can be growly at times, but also kinda spoken through as well. Verses are in an ascending pattern. Nice vocals.
