The Girl In The Other Room - Listen on N1M

Thank you friend for listening to my songs. Night before last I wrote 3 long heavy stream of consciousness songs in less than 2 hours. Next morning barely waking I wrote the start of My Heart It Wanders - it was My Mind It Wanders - but in the title on a 4th rewrite I unconsciously changed it to Heart. I am rewriting again and doing it on my Zydeco accordion. The age old question: do I follow my heart or my mind? Prayers and blessings on you my songwriting friend. (expired link)

When I stopped working at Starbucks, I felt so good going into a Starbucks and being on the other side of the counter. I realized what a simple transaction could mean to others as well as myself. Be kind. Everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
