Greetings all : Thanks to all of you who have listened to my music. I would like to make available downloading for all my new music. I'm currently working on recording an original song honoring Texas music legend and Grammy winner Bobby Flores- who I had the pleasure of working with in his studio shortly before his untimely passing. For those of you who have heard my songs "Why Goodbye" and "Soulcial Distance Overture" thats Bobby on all guitar and guitar solos and steel guitar as well. He was the most talented musician I have ever worked with or played with and I have played with many. Happy Trails and love to all

Read moreGreetings all . I think we can all agree that these are strange times what with the political events and the pandemic. But lets be optimistic about the new year and the future. I'm so grateful that I have people around the country and world listening to my music. These songs are from a 2007 endeavor called Dreamland. So much has happened since then- musically I have grown. The loss of my son in 2016 set me back into a world of silence - but now the music is flowing like never before. Covid has delayed things quite a bit as far as studio recording goes but I have been getting new and beautiful ideas flowing faster than I can get them all worked out. This has been my saving grace. I am cutting new piano tracks and lyrics and arrangements until I can get every note fully arranged to my satisfaction. Just wait until you hear the sound of my amazing new electronic yamaha clavinova. It can play just about anything! I regret that I have not taken the time to get in touch more- so in the days and weeks ahead I will be reaching out to message many of you individually as time and space allow. I'm a retired surgery technician but back in my heyday (80's and 90's) I played rhythm and blues clubs in Austin. I played a live radio gig with the Jaguars from the Austin Opera house on Steve Fromholtz's radio show spotlighting local bands. Antone's blues club was the big deal back then with local hot act Stevie Ray Vaughn and his brother Jimmy with the Thunderbirds and every big blues name in the country coming to town. I know you can't tell it from my music, but I played a lot of blues back then because that was what was happening in Austin at the time. I joined the Austin Songwriter group and started playing with other song writers doing restaurant gigs and piano gigs. Although I have a music degree from Southwest Texas State ( now Texas State) I really learned to write songs in those days with some talented folks. The music on my site now is from a solo album I recorded in 07' entitled "Dreamland" I'm not really a singer- but what the heck. How I got into the medical field is a long story- but I'm back into writing and playing music again- and plan to return to the studio this fall covid withstanding with some of my best new music - thanks to all the listeners- I love you all!
