Wow great song

The music had great sounds and tones that really grabbed my attention. Vocals were on point and complimented the music and style. I really enjoyed it a lot. Just wanted to give you a little feedback didn’t have anything negative to say about it at all. Thanks for your time

The first thing that I noticed about your song is the elements of your production. The BPM seems to fast for the listerners grasp and your lyrics. The instrumentation and the lyrics are not in sync with one another. Furthermore, the guitar never breaks down in any part of the song. As I listen, I search for a pocket of time when the music allows the artist to breathe as well as the listener to catch up to the beat. Also I would suggest slowing down the overall rhythm and then modifying the melody of the song. Your vocals are supposed to lead the instruments and the music backs the movement of your vocals.

Solid Rocker

This song was a pleasure to review. A true solid rocker with a catchy sound and hook, "Crossin' The Line" has a 70's feel along with a more modern sound. The guitar sound was clean and the solos and riffs were right on point.

crossing the line

opening up with a smithereens feel leads into the cliche "Rock Me Baby" that seems to pervade a plethora of classically driven Rock songs from the past few decades. Tried and True is usually a fairly safe bet to work a rock tune from, and from there, the artist rely's heavily on the Phrase "crossing the Line" to convey the angst one feels he is going for. Thankfully the Lyrics are mixed clearly enough to be understandable, but one might get the feeling that the song has noticeably less to say than the subject matter conveys by the over use of both phrases mentioned here prior. Still, well written enough to warrant not changing the channel.

Crossing The Line review

You have written several songs that I have reviewed. Some were better than others and some were not. But you have always had a unique style in your writing that has interesting melodies along with not the standard choruses that one would expect. I have enjoyed many of them and have commented many times about the possibility of taking them back into a studio to update them to today's standards. This particular one is a good little rocker. It wouldn't stand up to it's own release in today's market but it does have value. It simply would need to be redone in a good studio and eliminate the canned applause. This is always a distraction and unneeded. Other than that, keep writing!

Very well produced 'Mover' of a rocky song.

Terrific drums and bass, which I especially liked when the light/shade happened. Well sung. a very good lively,' moving' rocky tempo and production. Well done John. This would be a real 'blast' to perform live in a club. best wishes to you for even more success.

Hi pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.Fortune knocks at every man’s door once in a life, but in a good many cases the man is in a neighbouring saloon and does not hear her.All generalizations are false, including this one. get it.

Catchy song Crossin the line

There is a very good vibe at the start of song which really gets you into it and the singer has a great rocky husky voice, the riffs are quite catchy and the guitar solo which comes in round about the middle of the track is excellent.

Good sound

This song finally shows good attitude studio-wise. Here we have fine recording performed totally to the point and the whole thing makes quite an impression. I personally am to underline the good guitar work which is crucial for this type of music, whereas John's vocal parts had always been at its best, so we all should thank him for plying us with good stuff like and there is only way to be a musician these days, i.e. to carry on with good work.

I'm here listening to your music My friend John Anthony

I'm here listening to your music My friend John Anthony. And really really good has a good quality rock and roll footprint and of course, I think the double bass could go out a Despite being well remastered well but it seems that the bass was not very visible so well to give And the butt too. It was a little hidden, but I really liked the There are some striking ones, your voice is also hoarse, it’s not a voice, like you say in that rock and roll style, right? Someone or metallic, very Congratulations there and I hope you continue.

Great bluesy rock song

I like the vibe and feel of this song. Great gutsy vocals too. Reminds me somewhat of Dire Straits and Chris Rea in style. Nice phrasing on the guitar solo. The vocal is set back in the mix a bit which is also quite effective as it blends more with guitars.

This guy crosses the line

I’ve just listened to John Anthony Saucier’s Crossing the line and I’m surprised not just for the quality of the sound but also the mood and style that the song has. I love this Bruce Springsteen rock &roll music with some hints of country road sound. The guitars are quite accurate and I like the beat and composition line that the drums take.

Outstanding Recording

All the way from stanza to the chorus are accompained of versatile rock-guitars. Additional powerfull beat of the drums is a extra factor. John A. Sauciers rough vocals and impressive chorus make the song engaging for me. A sudden burst of brilliant accentuated rock-solos from the lead guitar brings really groove into the song. The arrangement sounds definitely professionel and is overall good mixed and mastered. A quintessence of rock´n roll and pop music influenced by heavy metal style. I´m sure you will like to add. Let others know your recommedation.

John Anthony Saucier.. Crossing the line

Another real good Rock song from John Anthony Saucier great guitar work and drum bass is good the mix I would suggest that the rhythm guitar be allowed to have a little of the right Chanel so it does not sound that it was added or in a different room the song is really pleasing and a and your voice is great real rocker sound like the expression and use of those pipes makes the over all sound more original and puts your stamp on it. Add to your rock play list and press play for a treat. Best regards Stephen
