Hello Exxentric People, Some of you may already know I am JL EXXENTRIC an underground artist from London, UK. I give all my music away for free - I do not believe in royalty and I want my music to be completely complementary and given away - hence this email today. The Exxentric vibe is not something you have heard before, its a blend of US Rap/Hiphop with a UK feel - call it unique/eccentric.
