Dana Lentini

Vocal Teacher Vocalist
Soprano Dana Lentini has sung roles with opera companies and ensembles throughout the U.S, including the Opera Theatre at Wildwood, The Michigan Opera Theatre, The Toledo Opera, the Shreveport Opera, and the Great Lakes Lyric Opera Company. For three consecutive years (2002-2004), Lentini received a Detroit Music Award in the category of “Best Classical Singer” from the Motor City Music Foundation. She served on the faculty of the preparatory department of the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) at the University of Cincinnati, and has taught on the faculty of the Department of Music at The College of New Jersey. Lentini created and teaches the “Born to Sing” vocal class at the Oxford Community Arts Center (OH), and maintains an active private voice studio of students from middle school age to adults.

Composer Guitarist
James Lentini is a a composer and guitarist who is a recipient of the Andrés Segovia International Composition Prize. His music has been performed in major venues that include Carnegie Hall and the American Academy in Rome, and he has been hailed as an "American classical music success story" by Gramophone magazine. His music is published by Mel Bay and recorded on the Naxos, Azica, Capstone, and CRS recording labels.
