It's been a hot minute, but Bouvier & Barona are at it again!!! Joining forces with 2 time Grammy Award Nominee Tony Moran, to bring you their latest re-imagined masterpiece of Duran Duran's 1992 single Ordinary World. Originally written about the death of Simon Le Bon's friend David Miles, this track hit's home again with the passing of Bouvier's Husband in early January of this year, and is dedicated to him... We tried to pay homage to the original, Bouvier & Barona said, without sacrificing the melody, as we needed to speed up the track for the club scene. We shy'd away from our normal Diva vocals and happily went with Moran who emulated Le Bon on the vocals, and still managed to make it his own. Adding the back up vocals with Erick just made the track magical, and the melody just seems to float into your ears with ease as the kick and the bass drive the track home.. This is our First release in a year since Snow on the Sahara, but we're ready to start pumping out the music again! 2023 is looking up!
