Review of Hemi G's "Lustful Crush" By Vinnie V.
Well first order of business your track is too soft the whole track needs more amplitude so I suggest using audio software like "Audacity" or the likes of, to increase your tracks volume as part of your mix down. The mix is way off as far as proper balance, drums should be the strongest along with any vocals, bass next and so on.....Your vocals were up front that's good but it was almost a mystery as to what else was there. I would suggest spending more time on whats happening musically under the lead vocal. I really did not like the song and a large part of that is (from a listener's ear) there were no dynamics, very little audible music, and the lead vocal was all run together. Not a very good way to captivate your listeners. Itislikereadingsomethinglikethis it just doesn't work without the space normally put between words. Don't miss the point here I'm not trying to tell you how to be creative, I'm saying the way this track is recorded does not work and I don't think that is what you want ? Out of 1 - 10, ten being the best I give you 1 point for effort and 1 point for courage with a total of 2 out of ten.Sorry Keep Trying and It Will get better! Best Of Luck! The beat came on pretty chill. This reminds me of Kendrick when he does that light voice. Its a different tune which is good. I felt that it could have been mixed better but i understand quality cost more money but at the end of the day thats what is going to sell. But overall i like the song keep grinding.

dis is ALL THAT and then some....
dis got great riddem, I like the groove, got me bouncing, its good! great quality recording, I can understand what is said, its got word, got flow, got story. I would add 3db to the voice around 800 to bring it out a little more, put some verb on the vocal track so it has some stereo to it; the music I would add 6db below 180 to bring up the bass a bit and give it a little compression so its got more impact. overall STRAIGHT UP I dig this.
