Sleek Harmony, the jazzy-pop project of singer-songwriter Héllena from London and the Hague guitarist / bass player Ruud Nannes, experienced their Dutch festival debut. On Friday 18 January, this duo performed on the stage organized by Pinguin Radio Showcase during Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS 2019). With their song "Believe in You", Sleek Harmony was selected by the 2Minutenshow, was given airplay and a stage for a 30' live show at Eurosonic festival by Pinguin Radio, a Dutch online radio station for Indie music. Sleek Harmony is a musical collaboration between Héllena and Ruud Nannes, who started composing music 'from a distance' in 2017. "We started by exchanging demos without ever meeting each other in person. In this way the first songs have been produced, which we only recorded live in a studio in The Hague after a year.” In London, her permanent place, Héllena works on her musical career as an indie rock / dream pop singer who also plays guitar and piano. The native Greek released the EP 'Kissed The Sun' half a year ago, with contributions from Lef Germenlis (keys in the prog rock formation Until Rain), Thomas Miller from Caper Parade and guitarist/producer Denis Efimenko. In November 2018 she released the self-produced video single Love is Dead.
