Peppy Harmonica/Blues

The intro is upbeat and grabs you. Offbeat and original the female vocalist evokes memories of the 60's and 80's jam bands. I would put this in the Blues or Jamband categories. It has a fresh vibe and the drums grab you. This is a good effort and maybe fits in with bands like the Cranberries or Blues Travelor. Strong effort lyrically "you didn't ask me to stay" the solo picks things up and all in all a raucous ride on the rock' n' roll express. Keep up the good work and best wishes to all. :)

I would think that this tune would slip into the pop genre , but it has a jazzy blues twang with the harp, when the bass kicked in it really turned up the blues thought, really a nice job on the harp and the raspy voice leads me more to the jazz thought, but I would rule out the pop. A really nice tune but I can see where the listener might not know where it’s going genre wise, all in all a nice tune that catches you up and is enjoyable to the ears. I would recommend you listen and enjoy this tune!

This sensual and sexy jazz-folk melodic tune moves with dance spirit of a time gone by and echoes homage of 60’s and 70’s rock... the tasty harmonic ornaments moves with a audiosyncratic heartbeat and the meaningful pauses clears the air for each breeze of lost lover’s crooning... delightfully refreshing and nostalgic

I do feel it is a nice Latin / Jazz Crossover...it has that Caribbean Feeling...but this is just My opinion You did a good job on It and think many people will like It..I just wish that The Singer will put More Energy in to The Vocal...I like arrangement so next step is to send It to some Radio Stations and let's see what They will say...Music Publishers are hard to please but try to pitch It to someone in Spain or Mexico..I wish You good Luck with submissions.. Good Job..

Hi again Francois. I tend to agree with the other reviews that I looked over so far. I believe this tune has a folk/slight jazz rock slight Celtic flavour to it. I don't know if I could honestly say that this tune had a country sound to it. Also, I definitely would not expect to find this tune in the bluegrass section. lol Great job again, especially with the harmonica. Blessings, Trev. :)

Great track! Very reminiscent of Grace Slick and the Jefferson Airplane with harmonica as the lead instrument! Quite different...not a blues feel at all...more Jazz Rock to me. The harmonica is creatinting a different vibe...not bluesy at all but great in a different way! Great track! Enjoyed it!

I feel that this would fall into the category of Folk Rock, with the harmonica, it could be a little country, but then the voice makes it sound more celtic. It is a beautiful sound and I think the song has a catchy tune. I think some of the lyrics repeated too many times, but I though overall it was a good quality song.
