I RUN TO YOU - Prov.18:10
Greetings to everyone near & far,
I pray a blessing over all of you as I write this. I don't know what you're going through at this time; but sense that many of you may be going through some tough times... The entire world seems to be under a dark cloud these days, not physical clouds - I'm talking about - "clouds of demonic strongholds" wreaking havoc on the earth. Fear & terror is all over, and you can see it in people's faces and hear it in the news. Well I've got some good news for you - Jesus is with us in these dark and dismal times - He is our strong tower and He is the one we can run to for peace, strength, and refuge. Amen
Prov.18:10 NKJV - The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.
God gave me a simple ballad - a song of encouragement and comfort to all of us who may feel the spiritual warfare going on all around us right now. The powers of darkness are flooding the earth with pornography, hate, anarchy, and every kind of wickedness and evil imaginable. The Devil and those who are under his dominion - are now going full tilt to oppose everything that is of God and holy and righteous. Lawlessness is the "spirit of Antichrist" and we see that now with anarchy and rioting in our streets here in some of America's big cities.
I have a message for you - for everyone - "run to God." Run now into the arms of Jesus, and turn away from everything that is not of God or that God hates. This is no time to be silent, or complacent - no! It's time for everyone who loves God, who love the truth, to speak out and take a holy and uncompromising stand. Expose the works of darkness wherever you and whenever you can... Jesus came to destroy the works of the Devil - and we are called to do the same. So be bold, be
courageous and don't be afraid of those who hate God or the Bible. Greater is He who is in us - than he who is in the world. Amen Eph.5:11
I pray this simple song lifts you up and reminds you that you are not alone - we have the God of all creation with us and living in us through the Holy Spirit. We run to God while the world runs away from Him. Let's pray for those around us who don't know the love of Jesus - who are still lost and dead in their sins. People are watching us to see how we are reacting to this pandemic and all the other evil that is swirling around us. If they see us with peace in our hearts, with love in our hearts towards all, and living holy and godly lives - some of them may ask us why we are so at peace when everything around us is going to hell? We can then tell them - Jesus is my peace. Jesus us my rest. They may listen to us if they see real fruit in our lives. 1 Pet.3:15
