Song Reviews

Amazing

The blend of bass, electric guitars was everything. I could be wrong but that electric may have had a little acoustic slightly blended? I am probably wrong about the acoustic but that was a nice blend....when the bass came in It gave me a warm feeling. I loved it. I know this is film based because it definately fits. It just need some vocals and you might have yourself a hit there. I thoroughly enjoyed this musical peice. Music respect on your future endeavours my good sir.

Dublin Trip

This track was nice. It has a nice jazzy and happy feel to. The instruments and sound were nice. The beat and beat tempo remained in sync and flowed nicely. There's nothing negative to add this review. This song has potentials for moving up the charts. Great work!

Great Sound

Hello again Michel and thank you for the invite to review your Instrumental track "DUBLIN TRIP" which may i say that i found your Composition in my own personal music opinion to have a nice Irish feel to it and was very well performed by your good self and once again your recording was produced and recorded to a very professional standard,i thought also the track was very radio friendly and very suitable for a Film theme and i truly enjoyed reviewing it.

Strong Melodic Ideas, Well Played

First off think there is some excellent playing in this track and some really well thought out, strong melodic and arrangement ideas. I personally feel that perhaps another element added to the main theme after its first play through would help engage the listener more and drive higher listening retention as the song progresses. I believe with a few tweaks and mastering to industry standards this track could be very successful for licensing.

Reflecting Sky

So there was a band in the early 80's called Sky and I was and still am a big fan. This track has a real Sky feel that I like a lot. Nice celtic style guitar work at the begining and end. Super rhythm work in the main section. Very smooth to listen to. Nice work.

great intro

I really love the sound of the guitar on intro, The Bass is suttle works perfect. The Rhythm on the guitar is well down. The drum adds a lot to the push of the song. The guitar intro and outro lick is very well played.

Dublin Trip

Dublin Trip for sure very Gaelic vibe.. bright and up feel ..good musicianship all the way around has that movie sound track vibe like a traving part of a movie...Dublin brings to mind literary giants, Georgian architecture, and Guinness galore. Nights there are alive with pub crawls and spirited music. But the days are also full of revelry, with enchanting architecture, tucked-away bookstores, and singular museums like the Chester Beatty. Green spaces abound, such as the St Stephens Green or Iveagh Gardens. And no trip is complete without a tour of a local distillery, where you can sample local spirits like Jameson or Teeling...this song brings that all to life...Good on ya.

"Dublin Trip" instrumental review

Hi Michel, another guitar instrumental with nice arrangements and cool guitar motive! I like the rhythm change somewhere in the middle of the composition. This one could be used as a motive of some interesting movie. Well done, looking forward to hearing more songs of you. Cheers~ Igor

Nice theme

I like the sound of the guitar. The musical theme is also nice to listen to. Good work. On the whole, however, I think that a little more can happen. But maybe it's specially made so that you maybe sing to it yourself or add a melody with an instrument.

Chitarra a gogo

Chiarra a gogò con giri di accordi che siviluppano durante la canzone con un motivetto supportato da un organo mentre il chitarrista ritmata e svisa a piacere e continua così fino alla fine

The Dublin Trip Review

The Dublin Trip song has a great groove mixed with some great chord changes. The recording is clean and the guitar playing is spot on. The melody is quite catchy so I think it would also be great to hear some lyrics to the song. Play on Michael!

Very nice composition - very well performed and well produced - For a instrumental composition the music style is kind of special - sophisticated but popular genre very well suited in world music - Solo instruments, guitar is very well suited with arrangement which is very rich with well played instruments - In my opinion this composition have all attributes to be internationally promoted - So go for it - This is great work - Keep on and do more of this fantastic music - Thank you I enjoy... Smoooooooth and Coooooooool!

Nice opening guitar riff! against a background of pads bass licks and drum accents, builds up a nice sense of percolating anticipation, then when the full groove gets going, really draws you in to a world of slick coolness. Could be really appropriate for many different types of film scenes, for example, riding on a motorcycle down a country road, swag walking in cool threads that turn all the heads (John Travlota style), etc. Production is also great and balance is perfect for any kind of score - nice job!

Solid craftsmanship

It's good to hear a professional! Putting the right notes in the right places is an art. Only the artist knows how much time and energy you have to invest to deliver special work. Congratulations!

Great traveling song

Great traveling music is always good to have. The intro to the song is a bit long and could have gone to the Am and G rythum sooner. An acoustic guitar at the beginning of the Am and G rythum would have sounded great before you go into the electric guitar riff. I think the structure of the song is very well balanced and keeps one engaged. The song has a certain mystery about it as if going on an unknown journey. Nice clean recording and I like the flute synth at the beginning of the song. Overall a very nice composition.

DUBLIN TRIP by MICHEL.F CONDRACQ FAITH MUSIC

Im extremely interested to listen to and hear what this transpires to be, Ive been to both Dublin which was a super interesting City and an exciting place to be with your friends. On the other hand your hometown of Edinburgh is a more cultured place to visit and so much history on show, Wow, that introductory riff on the electric guitar is so essentially Irish and Gaelic with the pipes and the punchiness of the percussion very much like the Bodhran?. The imagery and delightful environmental atmosphere is certainly captured with the obvious invitation to move in time and dance whether that's contemprary swaying or indeed the more traditional jig. You really have captured the ~City well done
