Officially Blown Away
I've followed Erik for awhile, but this composition absolutely compels me to finally speak up. Through his growing pains on N1M throughout the years, he has improved exponentially. And this one really tops it all off. Singing a Capello is difficult enough, but to write, compose, and execute such a modern theologian style operatic theme into such a flawless state is damned near impossible. And yet, here it is. The mix, panning, and mastering... is perfect. His "hired guns" (the singing quartet, although I suspect the lady vocalist does both parts) do themselves proud. Top of their class. Beyond impressed.

I haven't been able to listen to Erik in recent times but I have to indulge myself once more. Not only is the lyrical choice so perfect, but the execution is so sacredly beautiful to listen to, the inner ear mechanism resonates and vibrates with a relaxing and gentle hum to sooth my moments of insecurity during this horrible pandemic being faced by the whole of the world, thanks Erik. Id love if there is an opportunity to experience your music in a live concert. This is so beautiful especially when we don't really know hoe to pray, except to ask and ask again for justice and peace particularly for those caught up and fleeing the real threat and traumas of war artey xx

Interesting approach. Not many people know how difficulty this is to pull off correctly. Well done on your part. A bit dark for what you are doing it for but impressive non the less. I literally can see it as part of a movie score so I hope you are submitting to movies. All the vocalists have done an impressive job. I feel the vocal arrangements are arranged like strings and that's really cool!
