I like this funky joint!!!!
This is the first song I've heard in a long time that has so many feels to it.. I feel Steely Dan, Bootsy Collins and a host of many others, while yet keeping your own sound. Definitely a great driving down the highway song, road trip... Great!!! -Chandler-

First of all the beat is hot and the intro is very invitational. The hook is catchy and nice, and the lyrics are pretty good. Overall I see greatness in this song. It has potential to top the charts. HAVING THE BASS A THE LEAD IS GREAT BUT THE BASS SHOULD STAY ON TOP WITH THE KEY'S HOLDING THE FULL PATTERN THE RHYTHM GUITAR SHOULD COME A LITTLE STRONGER,,THE VOCAL AT THE HOOK EVERYONE SHOULD ACCENT TOGETHER OTHER THAN THAT, IT'S FUNKY..

Slap Dat Bass Duceman!
Shear Funky Goodness on this track! Duceman puts out yet another great Funk song with this one. Enough slap bass to satisfy any true Funkster to shear Ex-Ta-See! You'll love the tune. I sure did. Way to go, keeping that Old School Funk vibe alive Duceman. I gave it a big 5 Stars.

Dat bass! I love everything about this track. The beat is perfect, bass line off the hook! And vocals come across so dope they almost sound sarcastic. The synths are trippy and smooth. Great track. Dat Bass. Totally wanna make out with a hottie to this track. YOU HAVE A NEW FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Bass Love Song
Interesting combination of textures, very different for Funk.I love how the lyrics feature"the bass" as a Theme(A Bass Love Song if you will).I don't think i've "Ever" hear a musician feature the main " mover" in that manner. Are you playing directly into the sound board ? The vocals, really "sell" this song,Bass and Keys right behind.A Remix and edit,to balance out the rhythm section with the rest of whats going on here. This son Works for A Grown Folks Club;Radio;and Summer Driving.

Very nice smooth rythm going on here. Could here this going to a big city eating at one of those cafe's or bars with some wine or something lol. Very nice work though I'm impressed with smooth music too cause it takes you in a mellow world. Keep doing what you do all of your music is simply grooving. Overall great work.

Craftsmanship at its best
Duceman can, knows and sure makes you feel that he masters bass guitar. This tune got that old school true musican feel to it which is so sorely missing from today's music. It brings the fun in funk. It takes you back all the while carrying you through today. A must hear!!!
Your music is great and is deep keep it up and you'll be going places you never really thought you would be going and i dont think it will take you anytime at all because the music/product speaks for itself so all you really need to do is stay focused and consistent and all that you strive for will come ten fold in no time but i really dig the tracks so ill appreciate it if you keep me posted for any future songs/videos you put out but all in all man keep it up and im liking what im hearing

A very nice tune! It reminds me of a slightly funkier Steely Dan. Great musicianship. A couple of suggestions that would improve an already quality project: 1) allow a vocal or instrumental lead to open the song around bar 4 after the groove is established. 2) the mix does not really allow the strong elements to come through. For example, the rim-shot and the synth parts are overwhelming the low end. Considering the name of the tune, the low end should be more in your face.
