Wassup world! It's your big homie Don Borgia. It's been forever and a day, I know. I've been going through a ton of changes man, life's is like a jungle and I have been nothing more than a beast trying to survive. New updates though. Not sure if everyone knows or have read or heard somewhere but I was recently diagnosed with Cancer back in August of 2015. The good news is I am in remission as of August 2016 with the assistance of God, whom I thank for everything good and bad. The amazing staff and urgency of the (June E Nylen) Cancer center here locally in Sioux city IA, and can't the wonderful staff at the Mayo clinic in Rochester Mn. I had been working on quite a few things before I fell ill, An album, Started going through classes for film production just to name a few and they had to be put on hold in order to give 100% attention to the fight for my life. Never fear during the year of 2016 I put out quite a bit of music, from singles to albums non-stop. But I waited and waited to make sure I wanted to come back to music as I got a older, things started slowing down at home for me and the family and I just wasn't sure if I had the ability to come back, be current, and most important enjoyed making music. I recorded and recorded and slowly got things in order and knew this was what I needed to do before I just walked away, I love music! I owe it to myself and my listeners to lay it all on the line at least once more, FOR DON BORGIA at least. so instead of dropping an album I decided to label this a mix-tape and let it go. Out here for bagz, 11 tracks plus an intro. No features done up with quite a few different producers and to give a lot of angles and styles to show versatility as well adapt to my bodies changes. I lost a lot of air by which I mean, those verses where I could go 16, 24, 36 or even 48 without a breath had to be changed due to health issue. Trust me if you didn't know you aren't missing out on anything. Catchy choruses, witty verses, dope boy music that I have always delivered is on this one.
