Song Reviews

good ideas!

Hi, very good melodic ideas in this song, and must say I like the sounds you have chosen. Also the structure and buildup of the track is nice; only thing I could complain about is your mixing and mastering.... I would put more work in the mix of your sound and spacing them out more (panning, fx, ...) And the mastering could add the finishing touch to your track. But good work so far. Greetz!

Japanese electronic pop

Hi Dealazer, very interesting track, for me the melody is the backbone of every track, yours is nice, reminds me early 80´s some Japanese electronic band like Yellow Magic orchestra but with some Indian feeling.

Soporifique

repetative and lack a climax

as i start to listen to thing song i have no idea what im getting myself into, with that said. The song starts but it doesnt seem to build into anything, it just keeps going with that same synth until about 1:20 where it transitions into the same but with the diffrence where it is a highpitched chatter. and then i hear this foreign sound, feels like asia, and still there is this same synth in the background and i cant seem to find a pattern in where i can rest my ears. i think that the song got a pretty outdated mastering and sound selection. very metallic and repetetive. even though the drums is good and would fit good into an acoustic song, i feel like they are repetative and boring. i would recommend you to work more on buildups to make the listener more curious about the song, let them listen to a melody that is easy to lean their ears to and build that up into something exciting and beautiful. and try and mix in something more that all those plucked sounds, more PADS with beautiful harmonies which could be the foundation to a great melody. Hope the review makes some sense, Good luck with your next track!

Interesting sound

Interesting sound, a little strange vocal, there is one motif, lack of refrain, so you could use more ideas in the melodic melody, you can quietly listen to this song in the open. I wish good luck in further creativity.

Memories

This track brings back memories on so many levels. It sounds like a track that would be in an indian version of GTA: Vice City. Also it reminds me of the good old days with Dance Ejay, it has that 90's flair. I like it. Not bad at all. I also like how you play with different sounds and instruments, that usually wouldn't mix that well. But you actually made it sound good. So you have my vote.

needs bass

I would add timpani or bass at about 10 secods. in to bring it in . It's a great effort but not quite there yet . The Bass would give it more character . Best of luck with it ... maybe it's just me , Cliff

Unique !

Never heard of such sounds before, first when I heard it, I was startled, feeling strange, different, but as I kept listening, it felt interesting, I don't know how to properly put it in to words, because you don't hear bird songs in a music piece very often, and the weird voices that came with it made me feel like I'm in Alice's wonderland, seeing the unusual characters in this wonderland, yeah speaking of which, if this piece is used in [ Alice In Wonderland ], I'll feel very natural, nicely done !

A nice song.

Here is a beautiful song lined with a particularly interesting instrumental. I really like the melody and atmosphere of this composition. The sound is original and quality. I like the voice and radio talk-over that however, could have found a different space. For my part, and this is where my humble opinion, an even more theatrical and poetic dimension as regards the words of this piece, may be envisaged. That said, in this mix, the flow of words retains all its colors and character. Bravo!

Sounds good.

I like this track. It sounds good. I don't think there's anything missing from this one. It could be a bit longer, in the length of time. The different vocals, added to the appeal of the song. Good try.

We each know what is what, even if we don't know what is what...

We each know what is what, even if we don't know what is what. So here's the thing I can tell you on a purely post-production peer review that you definitely have to give flesh to your songs. The bare minimum is there we'll call it the skeleton of the body or in this case the song. Now what it needs is the remaining pars like the vital organs and all in between and finally the exterior skin that'll hold all of that in place harmoniously. Its not necessarily my kinda flavor in music that I listen to but nonetheless its my duty to provide positive, constructive criticism to fellow musicians, so I hope this was helpful Peace.
